If i Jailbreak Tethered will i have to restore when the untethered for ios 5 is released ?

That could be one way or it could be as simple as a package that gets installed via Cyda.

I'm teathered it works fine just be by your computer if your installing tweaks incase one needs a rebbot to install

Every Jailbreak is different, they may or may not required a restore, you need to wait.
