Restore/Installation DVD´s

Hi, i've lost my installation/recovery DVD's and i want to do a fresh installation in a new hard drive, it's there a way for downloading those DVD's from an apple server? 😕

I have a Macbook 13.3" (Late 2007)

Apple will send you a new set for a small fee. You can't legally download the disks. You just call and give them the model number etc.
