iPad Restore iOS 6.1.2 with out UPDATE

Hello, I just bought used iPad 4 fw 6.1.2 with Jailbreak. But I was want restore it and I did it with semi-restore, but cydia not working perfectly. So I installed R.A.T and did restore cydia ... After restart iPad , I cant found Cydia icon. :/
I try restart iPad , reinstall cydia in R.A.T, do jailbreak again with evasi0n , but no working 🙁 , I have not icon Cydia.

Can you help me?

I did it, re-jailbreak with evasi0n and after try restart iPad, but no Cydia icon. 🙁
Terminal with R.A.T still working.

re-running evasi0n should re-install cydia, did it go through completely?

you can download cydia deb from here:

http://apt.saurik.com/debs/cydia_1.1.8_iphoneos-arm.deb

copy the deb with ifunbox, put it in /private/var/root/Media/Cydia/AutoInstall
reboot

create directories if necessary

Yes, it did go trought complety, with no Cydia icon.
