iPod touch restore mp3 files from touch?

just wondered if anyone knew of a program that can restore mp3 files off the touch to the hard drive?

I have used copy trans and copy touch but copy touch limits you to 40 songs and copy trans doesn't recognise my touch.

ah well I think I must of got a earlier version when I googled, my only problem now is it would seem itunes deleted all my tracks........... got to love technology

could someone please tell which max osx software would do precisely this (=recover mp3s from ipod to harddisk)
