Restore question.

Hey everyone.

My iPhone won't connect to my Mac since i put a fresh copy of Leopard on it so i think I'm gonna have to restore my iPhone. My question is if i do this will it erase all my contacts or just my music and video?

I believe it deletes everything, but if you still have a backup of your iPhone in iTunes, it may revert to that when you sync again.
