Restore Snapshots - Who here has it worked

Who here has been able to just boot into safe mode, choose a restore point and it will restore Just fine under Boootcamp ?

MBP Air, Win 7 X64.
EVERYTIME I do this in various shapes or forms, it does not go back to a restore point. I am curious is anybody else seeing or not seeing this issue.
