Restore to Original

Having issues with the app store. Under categories just apps on the menu come up. I have 3.0 currently. Want to restore to original. How would I go about doing that? I updated through the non apple route. I purchased the itouch 3 weeks ago. thank you.

Click restore in iTunes. 😛

It can't hurt to put the device into DFU Mode first, and then do the restore.

The restore thinks my original is 3.0 and it's not. I want to restore to original which is 2.2.1 I think.
