Hi all,

Let's say I have dozens of website passwords originally typed in Safari and stored on my keychain. Now let's say I want to clean install my macOS Sierra and afterwards I want to restore all passwords to avoid the hassle of (remembering) and typing each of them.

Doing that in Chrome is really easy - I just have to login on the browser and sync the passwords. But how can I do the same in Safari?

A way -- if you don't use the iCloud aspect of Keychain, you could navigate to the relevant, user folder which contains the Keychain data, copy it to an external source, then use that to replace the clean-install's Keychain data.
