Restore

I've been trying to restore my 3gs back to 4.0 and I keep getting "Could not complete your itunes request. An unknown error occured -9808". Anyone know how I can fix this? Thanks.

Try putting it in DFU mode and restore again.

Already tried that, didn't work.

Maybe try it on another computer.
If all else fails and you still cant restore it bring it to Apple for an exchange.
