iPhone Restored for 6.1.2, now MyLocation crashes

Follow instructions carefully!
GPS Installation Instructions for 5.1.X - 6.1.2
First, you need to remove all traces of any previous installation of the MyLocation app.
1. Uninstall from Cydia
2. Go to /var/stash/Applications and make sure that MyLocation.app is NOT there. If it is, delete it.
3. Respring and then Reboot!
4. Create the folder /var/mobile/Documents if it doesn't exist
5. Open iFile. Go to /var/mobile and click on the blue arrow on the right side of Documents. Under
"Ownership", make sure that "Owner" and "Group" are each set to "mobile". Under "Access Permissions" make
sure that "Execute", "Write" and "Read" are checked for "User", "Group" and "World". Slide the "Apply
hierarchically" to "On". Press "Done" and then respring.
6. Install the MyLocation app again using the repo above.
7. BEFORE opening the app, respring and then reboot!!!
8. Open the app and turn "Sig. Change" to "On"
9. Close the MyLocation app and Enjoy!

So in order to have the lockscreen GPS weather update its location I need to have sig. Change on?
I notice this turns the GPS on and keeps it on. Is that what's supposed to happen? Having the GPS stuck on all the time will drive me nuts!!!

i just turned 'sign. change' ON and then disabled the location GPS for this app (your location icon will only show when the widget is reloading data from then on).
it seems to work - at least all my widgets work as they should.
yet i would have liked to try using the widgets without this MyLocation tweak, because to this day i am convinced they would have worked regardless and i have zero clue what this tweak actually accomplishes.
i just cant be asked to remove it now since it just sits there and doesnt get in the way.
Thanks for the help. I did what you said only my location icon isn't showing up when I wake up my phone. I'm only using a lockscreen GPS widget. It's the elite 6 analog clock one. It is refreshing my weather as usual but I'm not sure if its checking the location. I guess I'll have to wait till I go somewhere else to see if its working!
