Restored now what?

so yesterday i restored my iphone cuz the volume control kept going back to soft or low. id turn it up and it'd go right back down. so i restored the phone and all and now when i plug it in itunes gives me the window set up as new phone or restore from back up. no tabs to sync stuff.. the phone works fine.. ive tried reinstalling itunes ... didnt help..

Do this it worked for me
1- put in dfu mode or recovery mode
2- After restore set up as NEW IPHONE!!!!!!!
that should fix it
