Restoring Apps through Carbon Copy Cloner

Hi, I'm in the process of transferring some apps from my old to my new rMBP (both running Mavericks) and upon transfer, the Apps are requiring the serial numbers, which I don't have available for every software. Is there an alternate way to deal with this?

Mount your .DMG and then have a look into ~/Library/Application Support/ and /Library/Application Support/. Then copy the program specified folders out of your .DMG to your (~)/Library/Application Support/ on your harddisk. That could be the solution, if your software is not protected another way.
