Restoring From Backup

I have a 32GB iPod Touch 5G and I'm getting an iPhone 5 16GB. I want to restore from back but not download any of the 200+ apps I have on my iPod Touch 5G. The apps take up about 14-16GB on my iPod Touch and iPhone 5 has 14-15GB which take up 100+% of my new iPhone 5. What should I do.?

Hi!

If you are restoring in iTunes, just go to the APPS tab (after selecting your device on the left panel) and UNCHECK the "Sync Apps" checkbox.....

Apart from the free ones have you ever ckaculated how much they have cost you ?

Maybe a cull is in order !
