I installed somethin on Snow Leopard thats suppose to be installed in Leopard and I have a time machine backup that goes back to 6:22PM.. how do i use the system as it was at that point? If it doesnt work can I revert to the latest?
If you boot from the snow leopard install disk with the time machine drive attached you can restore from a backup, including every restore point available. The "Restore From Time Machine Backup" menu item is in the tool menu with items like terminal and disk utility.
