A couple of months ago, I tried to partition the HD + install Windows XP with BootCamp on my MacBook Pro 15''. Problem is, it failed, and pretty darn much, too. I've tried to restore the HD via Time Machine (I have a full back-up of the HD on an external drive) and the original Leopard install disc, but it doesn't work. Last time I tried (a couple of months ago), I actually got to the install/restore screen, but this time, the screen simply goes grey and displays an error message that tells me to reboot the computer. Tried rebooting, shoving the disc back in and connecting to the external drive, but nothing helps.
Help/tips please? I'd love to have a working computer..
