Restoring iDVD4 themes in iDVD5

I installed iLife 05 last week. However, In my quest to save some disk space, I was stupid enough to deselect check box "keep previous iDVD themes" so now I have only new iDVD5 themes.
As Murphy's Law dictates, I need those iDVD4 themes back now.

Installation document mentiones that I should be able to restore iDVD4 themes but unfortunately I don't know how (other then re-installing iLife 04 and then re-installing iLife 05 again).

Any ideas?

You could try installing iDVD 4 onto another disc, if it'll let you, then transfer the themes and delete iDVD 4.

Otherwise reinstalling both will be your only option I'd think.
