Restoring iPad to previous firmwares

I am going to be installing the 4.2 Beta, however, only really to try it out. Following this, how can I go back to 3.2.2?

As you are installing the beta version, you can easily go back to 3.2.2 by restoring it from iTunes. You can do this until the official iOS 4.2 release

How? By Shift+Restore and choosing the 3.2.2 ipsw file or just clicking Restore?
