Hi there

Due to various issues that started after upgrading to ios6 I now want to restore my iphone and use a backup for all content I'd like to keep. However I saw Apple recommends having the latest versions of iTunes while I have 10.6.3.
Why not updating iTunes? I did it recently and ended up with iphone unable to be recognized in iTunes, apple mobile device drivers refusing to install and so on. So I went back to an older iTunes and it works fine.

So my question is - will then iTunes 10.6 allow me to restore from backup? I do not want to risk if there are any problems with that.
Apparently I'll have to update my ios to 6.0.1 though.

Thanks in advance
