You can either restore via iCloud or an iTunes backup you copied to your computer.

bbrks macrumors 65816 Feb 14, 2015 #4 There isn't such a thing as wireless restore. You have to do it with iTunes.
W wongster macrumors regular Feb 14, 2015 #5 you actually don't need to do a restore. once at&t says your phone is added to the unlocked list, it is already unlocked. did this with my 5 and now with my 6 also. just pop another carrier sim into your phone if you want to give it a try
