Restoring iPhone.

Hi guys.

I am having troubles with my iPhone and I want to restore it. But what will happen to my Apple Watch. I know the third party apps will go. But what about the watches settings?

Any ideas?
 
If you restore it to new all setting will be gone. If you use a backup and there are no watch settings in the backup . . . . . .
