Hi guys,

I've searched everywhere for an answer to this but can't seem to get an answer.

I currently have an iPhone 4 and have my Jailbreak exactly as I want it.

I will soon be upgrading to an iPhone 4S. Is it possible (using xBackup which I have, or any other tool) to easily restore my current jailbreak exactly on the new phone?

Thanks in advance!

xBackup will backup a listing of your *Cydia* installed apps and repos to a file the phone. You will have to jailbreak the new phone first. What it does is create a listing of apps and repos you have on the phone and will re-download them based off of that list when you go to 'restore' using xBackup, so I don't see why you'd have any issues moving from the 4 to 4s. Might want to do some more checking about that though, just to be safe.

The process I used for xBackup is here:

That plus a sync from your iTunes library should get you setup pretty much the way you want it.
