Can I restore my Keychain from a backup to a new Mac? I've kept the account name and password on my new Mac the same as my old one. It would really suck to have to try to remember all the passwords I've accumulated over the past few years...

Just copy ~/Library/Keychains/login.keychain from your backup into your current user folder. Once you run an app that requires a keychain password, it'll ask if you want to use the new keychain, just enter yes and all your old passwords will be renewed for your current user name.
