Restoring Macbook to factory settings

Hi all,

Just bought a second hand Macbook. It's a 2.13Ghz core 2 Duo model (says 5,2). It has Mac OS X 10.6.8 on it. The old owner has basically left all their junk on it and I'd like to reset to factory. Can anybody tell me how to do this?
