iPhone Restoring media from iCloud backup taking too long

Got the phone yesterday and restore from iCloud has not completed (> 24 hours, 1Gbps Internet wifi, pluged in all the time and overnight). Appears to be hung up restoring media. What should I do next?

Tried Reset all settings, and restart the phone but it didn't help.

I got through the pictures and got stuck at iMessage. Only a small handful have synced.
