Restoring Notes from TimeMachine (resync restored old version locally)

Sync from Mac to iPhone was being really slow and trying out different things, I unclicked and clicked Notes syncing in Mac settings. Because I didn't check iCloud Notes first, I had no idea that the sync issues were from Mac to iCloud - when restoring happened, it was, of course, the first thing I checked and was terrified. So what I did is just restore the older version of my Notes (from about a week ago).

I have a daily TimeMachine backup, one from less than 12 hours ago. Unfortunately, restoring the three files (NotesV6.storedata, NotesV6.storedata-shm, NotesV6.storedata-val) did not help.

How can I get back the local version of Notes from 12 hours ago back to my Mac?
