Restoring Podcast List in iTunes

Hello

I've recently used iTunes to subscribe to the Windows Weekly podcast. I've downloaded several episodes throughout the list using iTunes. When I finished listening to them, I right clicked and deleted them from my computer. However...as you can see..this also delete that episode listing rather than making the text transparent. How can I restore this list (Episode 76 to 77 to 78) again.

Try unsubscribing to it, then re subscribe and update. You should be able to get them all again. I did the same with the keynote speeches.
