Restoring to 8.1.2

I have an Iphon6 Jailbroken, Long story short made a mistake and lts now stuck in the Apple Logo.

I have experience with restoring but I have a simple question.

How do I restore the phone back to 8.1.2? It was already on 8.1.2. Never been to 8.1.3. And what version of ITunes should I use, or am I SOL?

I think that your iPhone will if restored will be updated to iOS 8.1.3 as ios 8.1.2 has now been stopped signing by 

As stated above, you can only restore to 8.1.3.
But, since you don't have anything to lose, you could try Semirestore, to save 8.1.2 and jailbreak:
