So I have had a MB 4,1 that has office 2004 and 2008. I bought a new 2011 MBP and am wanting to reset the MB back to factory settings but keeping the office products. I don't have the original MB CD's and am wondering if I can use the CD's that came with the new MBP to do the factory reset? If so, how do I go about keeping the office products?

No you can't use the CD's that came with the new MBP because the install CD's are system specific.
