I am about to JB my phone. I just did a backup before I do it. Say I do it and after several days I need to go back. During that time I get hundreds of new texts, install apps, etc. If I backup again while JB'd, restore in iTunes, can I restore the backup I did while JB'd and get that data or do I have to restore the backup prior to the JB?
