Retina iMac Display Scaled Resolution Choices?

My current iMac late 2013 offers 1280 x 720 scaled. Does the retina iMac offer that setting? What does it offer? I have vision issues and tend to use a lower resolution setting. I want to find out before I purchase.

I'll be honest, though, if your vision issues are forcing you to run 1280x720, I have a hard time seeing how you would benefit from the Retina Mac.
