T theBostonian Suspended Aug 18, 2012 #2 With more experience in manufacturing extremely high resolution laptop screens it's inevitable that there will be huge improvements in the future. Especially with the advances in graphics technology (both integrated and discrete). The only improvement I would like to see would be the return of the LED sleep indicator :3

But Retina is a big selling point. It sells iPads, it sells iPhones, and it'll likely push a lot of Pros because it is that beautiful. Why would they phase it out?
