Received my retina MacBook few days ago. When i tried to make a Skype call today, i notice the internal mic is not work.
Called apple support and gone thru all the troubleshooting and still no luck to get it to work. But when i connect a external mic, it work normally.
Apple said my issue is the first and since it's only a few days old, they will replace me a new set. But i've waited almost a month for this new Macbook and i just check, the current waiting time is 3-5 weeks for a new set 😡 😡
Anyone else having the same issue with their internal mic ?
Also how do i make sure it's a brand new unit and not a refurbish set ?🙁
