Retina Macbook Pro - Memory/RAM self replaceable?

I couldn't find any information about the RAM being replaceable or not like the previous (older gen) macbook pro. Can anyone confirm this? Debating if I should go for 16GB.

The RAM is soldered in. You can't upgrade it yourself.
