Retina Screen Loose

Can the Apple Store tighten the hinge on my Macbook Pro Retina? I've read somewhere else that they can't because all the wiring is done in the hinge.
Also, do they clean your keyboards and fans if you request or pay a fee?

I'm pretty sure they can. I went to the Oxford Apple Store because my rMBP's hinge was loose. They quickly took it in and took care of it. Job was done in like half an hour. Pretty good service actually.
