mine only took about 20 mins after ordering. My bank texted me to make sure the purchase was legit, and as soon as i responded it went through.

For what it's worth: I ordered mine about 5:30pm ET last night and my confirmation email came through at 8:30am this morning. They charged the Applecare (cheeky) - RMBP still processing.

Doesn't expedited shipping start at the ship date, not the order date? In other words, you don't jump the line for $15.

That was just the authorization, not the charge. Apple never puts through the charge until the item ships.

Im not sure about in the US, but in the UK, Apple always charge the card when the tracking shows it has been delivered successfully.
