You can't it will upgrade it to iOS 8.1.3

Can you go into settings and do a complete reset.

DO NOT do a complete reset. There is a reason why jailbreaks disable these particular settings. If used on a jailbroken device, this WILL cause it to irreversibly crash. And then you'd need to restore to the latest version anyway.
