Retrieve numbers photos etc from restored iphone

I've restored my 3g iphone & lost all my pictures etc is there anyway I can retrieve the files from the phone as I have not put any data on it yet & I'm hoping they may still be in the phone.

Not really. An expensive data restoring company might be able to get things off, but by yourself, no.
