Hello,

Basically a friend of mine lost a big part of his post he did on his blog (long story). He was able to retrieve some from different sources, however there is still some missing.

Actually if I do a keyword search in Safari history I still get link to these non-existing posts, i'm wondering if there is a way I can extract the actual text from my browsing history.

Thank you to anybody who can answer my question.

Your browsing history is nothing but links. If the web page that the links points to has been deleted, you can't retrieve the contents from your history.
