Return Policy from buying refurbished online?

I couldn't find their return policy if I bought a MBP or a MBA on Apple's online store. Anyone know it?

I believe you have to ship it back but why dont ya call up Apple and ask?

Without sorta calling Apple and getting permission to do so, you have to ship it back to them. The retail location and the online store are two separate entities as many customers find out the hard way.
