Return policy?

Say I buy a 16GB black tomorrow morning from my apple store. If the white one comes out within 30 days, can I return the black one and get the white one? If so, will I be charged for service, restocking fee, and will the activation fee go away? Also will it be difficult if I cancel that contract and open a new one the same day when I get the white?

well the guy in my apple store (ma) told me the return policy was also 30 days but I didn't believe him... can someone verify?

I do not know how true this is, but there is a rumor here that Apple is not allowing returns to buy a white one.

I live in CA its two weeks.

By law it's 30 days in California.

But after 14 days you have to pay a restocking fee.
