I purchased a MBP 13.3 on 8/19/11 for my Son's birthday. He didn't like it!

Will Apple take it (and the Speck hardshell) back for a full refund?

Yes, but you might have to pay a restocking fee.

Yep, they'll take it back. And Apple no longer charges a restocking fee. 🙂
