I bought the HDX version, and while its not bad, the rubbery feel and the fact that its been 24 hours and the micro bubbles have not gone away worry me.

I kept all the original packaging and receipt. What I plan to do is actually just swap it out for the glass version. I bought this at Bestbuy so was wondering what their policy was before I actually go in there to try.

Thanks.

You can register the HDX on Zagg's site and when requesting a warranty replacement, they give the option to upgrade to a different version. All you would have to do is pay the difference in the retail price between the two.

I would return it at Best Buy instead of doing a swap or exchange with Zagg. If you return/swap/upgrade with Zagg, you need to send in your current protector and pay shipping for the replacement. Just tell Best Buy you're not happy with it and would rather try out one of their other products.

I went through two glass versions. I didn't like the fit (too small, the bubbles, the thickness). Finally gave up on the glass. It just doesn't work well on the iPhone 6+ with the rounded edges.

Got the HDX. Not perfect but better that the glass. Slightly larger, no bubbles, smooth, thinner, and pretty much like glass. I'm keeping it, for now. :)

Be careful what you wish for. You may not be happy.....
