Return to glances?

Once I pick one of my glances and go into that particular app, how to do I get back to glances? I'm hitting the crown then swiping up again. Is that the only way?

yeah, b.c you enter the "app" once you click the glance.

Yeah, that's what I thought. Apple doesn't like any sort of way to "back out" except within multiple pages of an app.
