Is anyone else thinking of retuning their iphone to 02 - I am starting to get a massive feeling of dissatisfaction.

Anyone know the process involved in sending it back and cancelling the contract (ordered online)

What costs would be returned / what would we be liable for?

Thanks

In the US, at least, you have 30 days... all you have to do is pay the 10% restocking fee.
In the UK, you have 14 days.

If it's any help just phone 0844 888 5502 and choose option 2(return within 14 days).

I've just had to do the same thing as I've just discovered I'm going to be working out of the country for the next 6 months and I'm just not willing to pay £45 a month + roaming + international calls.

It was quick, easy and painless surprisingly - I've already been sent my returns ID. All I have to do is send it off tomorrow and that's me.

Roll on January when I can get it back again! I'm gutted because I was so excited about getting the thing and I find it a joy to use...tears! :(

Hope this helps,
Heather

**Edit** just realised you asked about costs - you will be billed for all call costs you have incurred and your bill will be prorated for the amount of days service you have used(if that makes sense)
