So... I had a 2007 Macbook Pro and sold it this past August for a PC because I wanted a stronger gaming machine. Ended up regretting that decision around December... I missed having a Mac. So, I decided to sell my PC and get one of the new Sandy Bridge MBPs. Unfortunately, the only one that could be considered a gaming machine is the high end 15" (or 17"), so I was forced (figuratively) into buying that.

Jump to day, 13 days after my Sandy Bridge purchase and I have a revelation: Why not have the best of both worlds. The MBP runs games nice, but not $2100 nice. So I decide to return the 15" for the 13", a net of roughly $950. With that, I will be able to build a very nice gaming machine (I already have a monitor/accessories) while still enjoying a beautiful Mac.

I just thought I would share this revelation with everyone. See what you guys think.

sounds good...all the best
