AT&T said last one they had - 32gb white 3gs. I returned the 4 about two weeks ago and was missing the iphone. The 3gs has yet to drop a call. I think I'm gonna wait n the 5.

Anyone else "take a step back" and are happy?

No issues with the iPhone 4, especially with the reception/antenna. I loved the 3GS but the 4 is much much better.

My iPhone 4 has yet to drop a call. It hasn't even had bars drop.

Don't think I could go back to the 3GS and be happy.

Going back to a 3gs that you've owned for a while I could understand. Buying a new 3gs on contract right now? That's just not smart. You won't even be fully eligible for the 5th gen iPhone by the time that is released. Soon enough you will see that the 3gs will be sooo slow as more and more new apps take advantage of the processing power of the iPhone 4.

More power to you if you're happy with your decision, but I definitely would not be. If I didn't like the iPhone 4 then I'd get an Android device or something that at least has the hardware of something from this year. No way I'd sign a 2 year contract for a phone that is built on last years technology.

This has to be joke post right?

You're nuts. Why would you pass on the retina display?

Why the hell not just get the free bumper?

Just the retina display and camera alone are so vastly superior to the 3GS that the upgrade is well worth it.

This is pretty much the meat of it, along with signing a two year contract for year old technology of course.

I suggest taking it back and getting the 4 with a case.

I farted. True story.

Well I woke up, ate some special K with strawberries, took a shower and surfed the net on my iPhone 4.

It's starting to get difficult to imagine these forums without jackals like these two.

At the very least, it would've made sense to pick up the iPhone 4, sell it on ebay for $800. Then pick up a mint condition 3GS on ebay for $400 and pocket the rest.

This, or buying an used 3GS from CL, eBay or a forum member like myself who happens to have one collecting dust in his closet.

For the OP's sake, I hope he IS trolling.

Otherwise, signing a 2 year contract to get a 3GS was a really really really stupid thing to do.

I hope he gets enough sense to atleast return it before the month is up (even if it means paying a $20 restocking fee), and get an iPhone 4. And if he doesn't want it, I would be happy to mail him my mint condition 32gb 3GS and a couple of hundred dollars for his iPhone 4.

Oh man you are so cool. I wish I could be as cool as you, and then go and share with the Internet world

I agree with most poster here. If it just the antenna, just use a case. There are several nice ones out or will be. I got ifrogz case and works great. I am preordering the case that acts as a case and a backup battery. My iphone 4 last 7 hours on a continuous use. It's great, but like the idea about it lasting 1.5 to 3 days. I could understand if the phone is totally unusable or no quick fix like a case.

You basically traded in a Ferrari for a BMW. Congrats I guess?
Its more like he traded a Lamborghini for an R8. The R8 isn't as quite as exotic as the Lambo, but at least he doesn't have to worry about it catching on fire.

On an aside, I do like the white 3GS is a great looking phone.

Picture or it didn't happen

The only proper reply would be cool story bro. To the numb nut that called me a jackass. Seriously? Do you enjoy reading mini twitter accounts every day on here? I don't and nor do I care. If you would like I will make special page just for you and keep you updated on my tasks that come to fruition. Send me a pm for the link. LOL!
