Has anyone else returned their iPhone to Apple via a UPS pickup lately? Wondering what the expected timescale is and when the order status page should update. I’ve been on “return request pending” for over a week now. Spoke to a chat rep on Friday who said they’d received it, but still no update. Just wondering what other people’s experiences have been like.

WHen I’ve sent something back, its been acknowledged within 24 hours of them receiving it. Maybe there is a backlog of people returning iPhone 8s / iPhone Xs???
