Hey everyone, this is my first time posting but I am always on here reading reviews and opinions of different products. I need some help because I just purchased the Nude case from Switcheasy and I would like to return it. Problem is I can't seem to get a hold of anyone to figure out how to do so.

Has anyone had any experience returning products to Switcheasy that could give me a phone number or email of someone at the company so I can figure out how to going about returning my case? Thanks!
 
Can you tell me why you return this case?

I ordered on Friday this Nude Case, i always heard positive feedback about this case.
 
The case just isn't for me. I thought I would be ok with the fact that there is no lay on the table design but it just scared me that there is not even a small lip to help recess the screen a bit (just picturing accidentally dropping the phone and the screen shattering). Quality of the case is good, just not something I am comfortable using on my phone after trying it.
 
You have to send them a email : sales@switcheasy.com They will respond within 24 hours. They did in my case. I have to send the case back to :

Upon receipt of the returned item(s) and we will process your refund
back to you.
Refund processing may take approximately 1-2 weeks. Once your refund
has been processed, you will receive an automated email from PayPal

I got a Capsul Neo for my old 3G a while back and didn't like it.

Was a nightmare to get to returned, after many emails and phone calls to switcheasy Europe I finally got a return address.

A month passed and I never got a refund. After even more emails and calls they told me they never got it.

So they either lied or it got lost in the post.:mad:

i got the same email when I emailed them asking for a refund.
 
Thanks for your help everyone. I just sent the email so hopefully I will hear something by tomorrow afternoon/night. You would think that a company that seems to have good success in selling cases for Apple products would make it easier to return/exchange products.
