Bought a MacBook Pro 13" via online store. After a couple of days I got the blank screen 3 beeps ram issue.. Talked to Applecare to arrange a new machine, which was straight forward, tho the Lady on the phone did confuse me a little!! she said just pop the MacBook in any box with the return number on the out side...?
Surely I would have to return it with all its original packaging!!!??
