hey all, i bought a MacBook Pro about 2 weeks back through the online store, and some of the defects have really got to me (trackpad popping out and chassis 'expanding'/keyboard lifted when the machine is hot) i woud like to return it to get it fixed, but here in Australia, in Sydney, how do i go about it? can i go into any apple service centre, and they would fix it, or do i call apple so they send me a box so i can send it to them? (if so, whats the number?) thanks in advance!

In the UK they send a courier to collect the goods, but YMMV! Your best bet is to call Customer Services and you'll soon see where you stand.
